TEC INJECTION SERVICE
The Global Dynamics TEC Injection System is designed to safely and efficiently inject TEC line into coiled tubing. The Versatile system can inject between 1/8”-1/4” cable into desired coiled tubing size. The simple yet robust design has a contained drive system to protect the cable and personnel.
TOOL MANUFACTURING AND SALES
Purchasing a Global Dynamics downhole tool is an investment in technology that has been researched, developed and manufactured in-house under the scrutiny of strict standards. GDI’s tools are a cost-effective means of improving reserve recovery while lowering operating costs.
SAND EXTRACTION SERVICE
It is common in oil and gas wells for the formation of pressure to be less than hydrostatic pressure (hydrostatic pressure is the bottom hole pressure required to hold a column of water from the perforations to the surface). For this type of well, a nitrified cleanout is required with conventional coiled tubing to achieve a cleanout. The primary advantage of the Sand Extraction Tool with dual coiled tubing is to perform a clean out in a sub-hydrostatic well without nitrogen.
COILED TUBING DRILLING
Coiled Tubing Drilling has been around for well over 25 years and is ideal for narrow and low-pressure formations, but can be run in basically any formation or pressures. CTD is best suited to under-balanced operations because it is a “closed-loop” system. A “closed-loop” system does not require the formation to be put in an over-balanced state at anytime during the operation and since drilling mud is not required there is no skin or near well-bore damage caused. The tool includes a Cable-head, SMART-Link, Directional and gamma package, and an electrically operated orientation tool. It is designed to operate on a wide variety of e-line and capillary (steel encapsulated) line options.
